Move Safely-Breathe Deeply-Unite Body, Mind & Spirit
The Anatomy Mission
The Yoga School of Anatomy has been developed by JLynn Rossy, RMT, RYT and aims to provide a holistic and thorough learning experience with a focus on safety in movement. Yoga is a practice that can and should be enjoyed by anyone who wishes to connect their body, mind and spirit. It has become common place for people to feel like yoga isn't for them because they aren't as flexible or able to do the poses they see over social media. The Yoga School of Anatomy strives to encourage individuals to practice in a way that works for their body & personal physiological presentation while providing instruction to yoga teachers that enhances their understanding of the human body.
Through decades of therapeutic practice and noticing the increased need for anatomy in yoga JLynn has designed a progressive 30-hr Online Introduction to Anatomy to run alongside the 200-hr YTT,an Anatomy Club for Yoga Teachers and 2 E-Books to help you on your journey!
30-Hr Online Introduction to Anatomy for the 200-Hr Training is NOW AVAILABLE.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher I have combined my love for practice and need for anatomy into online offerings that will enhance your understanding of human anatomy and safety in movement.
As a healer and teacher I will be offering a deep healing immersion for soul-FULL women starting in the spring of 2022!
